Hours of Operation
Monday-Thursday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM/CST.
Please allow a 72-Hour response time. If you reach out outside of business hours or during a holiday, the response time could be longer.
If you are a student, ALL emails need to be sent to email@example.com.
If you are a member, ALL emails need to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please provide as much detail as possible when reaching out, including your username, email, and detailed reason for reaching out.
