For Digital Only Purchases: Upon the purchase of a digital product from The Influencer League store, you will be sent an email receipt of your purchase via Paypal as well as a link to your download.
For Digital + Physical Bundle Purchases: The status of your order will be marked as “PROCESSING.” Upon the shipment of your physical order, the status of your order will then be changed from “PROCESSING” to “COMPLETE,” which will prompt a second email with a copy of your digital product available for download.
If you wish to access your digital product BEFORE your physcial product ships, please ensure you have created an account prior to purchase. You can access your digital product via your account.
For all orders: Please ensure you SAVE your digital copy to your computer or device, so that it is easily accessible in the future. If you would like to return to the website to redownload your purchase, make sure you sign up for an account BEFORE you complete your purchase. We are not responsible for any lost product files.
Due to the nature of this being a digital product, refunds are not allowed.

I can't find my download notification email
Can I access my digital purchases from within my account?
Yes! To access your digital file(s), go to My Account > Downloads and look for the order.
You generally have the option to download your file TWICE (2) before the link expires. You can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn’t been canceled or removed.
If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.
I'm having trouble downloading my files
If it states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can’t open the file, please contact us at contact@theinfluencerleague.com for further assistance.
If your device is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type. Please contact us to see what program(s) you may need.
